Standard buying process

  • 1. Ring up, email or text to book in an appointment to view your chosen vehicle. You can at this stage reserve the car on our website for £99. This is fully refundable if when you come to view the car is not right for your needs. Speak to one of our sales representatives about finance or part exchange details. Finance can also be applied for on our website.
  • 2. On the day off appointment speak with the sales representative you spoke with on the phone. They will show you around the car and the features of the vehicle. If you wish to test drive the car just provide the salesman a copy of your driving license and a national insurance number. We can allow 25’s and over on a unaccompanied test drive so you can get a good feel of the car. If you are under 25 don’t worry just one of our salesmen will need to be present.
  • 3. At this point, if you are happy with the car, you can reserve it. If not done already. Finalise finance and talk warranty options. From now the deposit is nonrefundable.
  • 4. We do try to have 70% of our cars ready to drive away. However, this is not always possible. Speak with your sales representative to arrange a day for collection or if you need to collect on the day of viewing, please make our salesmen aware. We will always try our best to accommodate.

Remote car buying process

  • 1. Ring up or email to talk about your chosen vehicle and to get a quote for delivery. If you are happy, you can reserve the car for £99 either via bank transfer or on our website.
  • 2. Discuss with your sales representative how you wish to pay. Either bank transfer or finance. The chosen day you want for delivery and your warranty options will also be discussed. At this point we will need full payment or have your finance agreement paid out.
  • 3. Your car will be fully prepared, cleaned and sent out for delivery. Delivered to you by our friendly delivery drivers on your chosen day of delivery.
